Maggie`s Bar & Grill in Boonville

Went there because of the great reviews. But was very underwhelmed. Beer came out fast cold and flat. Maybe the sanitizer in the glass, i don’t but it was off. Burger was dry and way over cooked. Should have gone to Wendy’s and I haven’t eaten there in 30 years. So nothing was good. There sauces are watery and flavorless to boot. Waste of calories and money.

Really good food in a rustic little bar and grill. Gotta try the French dip sandwich and sweet potato fries!

The food is amazing and the service is good and when you look at the ceiling it keeps me staring to find out why you should go see it for yourself

Best burger I've had in years! Don't let the outside fool you. Very old building. The food was great and so was the service. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend it.

Just had a wonderful dinner delivered. This is the first food we've received delivery since all the stay at home order took effect. Greatly appreciate the door delivery. Food was hot, burger was huge and delicious and the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. Very thankful for such wonderful service.

This is a great place to catch lunch! The staff are friendly, the food is good (love the spicy Thai chicken bites) and the outdoor door patio is perfect. Perfect for wandering the boonville strip, the patio is on the backside so it's secluded from traffic.

The place had great service. The lady taking our orders even though we had a party of 14 she made jokes and had a great attitude the whole time. The food was amazing. The experience was all around great for my sisters birthday.

The food here was WAY beyond what you would expect from a bar and grill in a small town. My wife said her burger was one of the best she's had, and my pork tenderloin was an actual, breaded tenderloin, not one of those pounded-thin frozen pork cuts. This place doesn't stand out much aesthetically, but the food will make you return, for sure.

Had the grilled chicken bacon sandwich and it was excellent. Service was quick. Food was hot. Beer was cold. Couldn't ask for more

Fun place with friendly bartenders (Ethyl and Stephanie) and locals at the bar. Food was great (had the fried green beans, fish tacos and buffalo blue cheese burger).

I stopped here on a road trip to rescue a friend. After driving 19 hours, that burger felt like it saved me. It was the spicy one! Perfectly cooked! Staff is friendly, food is phenomenal. Their sweet potato fries are the best I've had!!!

Fantastic burgers and fries! Also the fried mushrooms are quite good. They’re prepared as strips and have wonderful breading making them even more tasty!

My husband and I got burgers and they were fantastic. Loved the fries; very hot and crispy! Overall a great meal and so thankful spots like this are opening back up again.

I originally went here because I had heard on Clear99 that they were in the top 10 for best fries in mid Missouri. I love fries! So we took the drive from Moberly to Boonville and it was absolutely worth the drive! The fries were awesome, but the cheeseburger I got was definitely in the top 3 I've ever had. So flavorful and juicy. The service was top notch as well. I would absolutely recommend Maggie's to everyone

Great hand-pattied thick burgers. Everyone was super friendly in this locals fav bar & grille. If we weren't just traveling through, we'd be thete regularly. Live music sometimes, good tv areas too. We'll worth the short drive off highway. A keeper for us, we'll be back next trip.

Great small town bar and grill. Big enough that everyone is welcome but small enough that the regulars know everyone. This is the MAIN place locals go. Cheap prices as far as city people know. Drop in. Very cozy and welcoming

Maggie's is one of those restaurants you just cant ignore when passing by, the smell of their amazing food, the music from their LIVE musicians , makes you want to go in everytime. It's great for an afternoon Lunch with the family, or a great way to end your evening with a good drink, great food, and amazing entertainment. If your from out of town I recommend you drive strait on down. YOU and your family will not be disappointed. A great date night place for sure! Never disappointed!

Nice bar/restaurant in the heart of Boonville. Good, cheap eats and atmosphere. Would definitely come here again!

Good food and good people. If you find yourself out here for some reason this is a place to definitely add to your stops. We had 3 of our 4 meals here and they were all great.

The waitress that worked there that day was honest in saying that she might not get to us very much because they were short staffed. My group sat outside because inside was full. We ordered 3 entrees for $30 and they were so good. Would recommend!

Food was ok. Wait to get food was long, about 45 min. Almost left. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The 1/4 cup of grease that dripped off was excessive. Had to use 14 napkins. Bacon was not done. But the fries were great. The tenderloin was good but had to take the wilted lettuce off. It looked old.

Fantastic BLAT, and great service even on the busiest day of the year! Decor was fun without being over the top, pool table, super well done smoking patio, and great stage setup. They even let me dance barefoot
